Golfers/Parents,
Here is the latest news I have, unfortunately, we are still waiting on one course to commit. If they do we have a schedule already in place and we will be good to go. I just checked paperwork and will send out a private message to our TeamApp members regarding that shortly. Since this is public, let’s stick to what I is public information.

Oakland Mills Golf will hold practices at Fairway Hills on Mondays starting Monday, March 1st. The school day now runs to 2:45, so for this Monday I am thinking 3:30 to give everyone time to get there. If we can move that up to 3:15 moving forward I will let you know for week 2 (March 8th). We will always practice on Mondays after school (March 1 – April 5th). We will play matches on Wednesdays starting on March 10th (March 10 – April 7th)

We will only be on the range/putting green on Mondays at practice, but we will be allowed to book tee times at a student rate to walk nine holes for $9. It is the responsibility of the players to book those tee times (if available) and pay the fees. You are not required at all to do this but you can if there is availability. I would think anywhere from around 3-4 o’clock on Mondays would be best. We should not be booking tee-times on Tues/Wed/Thursdays because that is when the other schools we share the course with will try and do the same and Wednesdays are match days.
However, next Wednesday, 3/3, is not a match day and you don’t have classes, so could be a good opportunity to get out there and get 9 holes in, again, that lies with you.

I would love to have a google meet tomorrow afternoon (Friday, Feb. 26th) for players right after 4th period (1/2 day).
